Tools & Features
Within your **Space**, the News board is the central place for announcements. While the Space provides the overall framework for your team, this board serves to pin important updates at the top so they don't get lost in the rest of the Space's activity.
Creators suggest dates, and participants select their availability with a click.
No, the location is set manually or via a map by the creator.

In moderated mode, an administrator must manually review and approve each join request before the user can participate.

Account & Security
We display a maintenance screen. Your data remains completely safe.
Currently, we send you technically necessary emails, such as when you change your password or your subscription expires. Options for event update notifications can be individually configured under your Profile.
Don't worry, register for an account using that same email; iQuartus provides a 'Lite-Scheduling' menu where all your Simple Spaces will be automatically displayed.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions run for one year. They can be upgraded at any time to a higher package and you pay only the difference; the expiration date remains the same. There is no automatic extension — you have full control over your billing.
Those spaces will remain visible but become inactive, meaning no further interaction will be possible. Please note that the most recently created spaces will become inactive first.
That information will remain visible and accessible in read-only mode. If you subscribe again, you will regain full access.
